I want to lose freight.?

okay. i would close to to lose something like 10 pounds or so. and i be wondering if anyone have some virtuous ways to do that. especially since the cold weather will be coming soon. and i necessitate both exercises i can do inside and outside. im not that rotund i newly hold closely of stomach nouns flab and on my sides. please sustain me.
