Is it OK to get through an apple and drink dampen after a workout?

It's be "In Voting" for FOUR WEEKS, abundantly of ppl are tied beside ONE VOTE. Hi right after my workout in poor health get through a green apple and marine its the best item to guzzle after a workout and it give you so much perkiness. Apples are the number 1 fruit you can guzzle that are the best for you. Watermelon have the most sugar and dried date enjoy lots of sugar and the worse for you.hope i help nick prudence!
