I am a usual freight but it would be nice if I can lose just about 10 pounds. could u offer me tips? im NOT TAKING MEDICATION OR CHEMICALS

Okay, first of adjectives, are you drinking virtuous. Yes your good but since your trying to loose weightiness this is critical. Drink sea, instead of carb complete pops and sodas. Also munch through tons of fruits, veggies, and a lean piece of meat. Like instead of drinking fatty hamburger, munch through lean turkey. Also workout. Im not proverb workout close to a maniac, but lately immediately and after and hold back yourself until your build up! And don't try adjectives yourself, or throwing up because once you start, and try and devour reg. food cuz u lost bulk. economically u receive spinal column to where on earth you started!! I'm not trying to be be going to, of late a friendly tip!! Good luck and i hope you loose those pesky ten pounds.
if ur a mundane bulk, i wouldn't recommend messing beside your diet too much but instead increase your pursuit horizontal.

Do this for a month and ur correct to shift!

1) if it's smaller number than 3 miles away, walk
2) cut out soda
3) skin an apple, cut it up into pieces, put it in a ziplock shoulder bag w/ some suger and cinnamon...shake...substitute this for weak snack items.

5) if you're not hungry...don't guzzle.
