It's not overweight, but as to whether it is 'overfat' or not depends on your frame size, muscle mass, etc.
it depends whether you enjoy curves or not. If you own a small waist and an hourglass shaped body, its not chubby. If your stomach is big, consequently you are a plumper.
well my best friend is 5'1 and a partially and she is 103 lbs and I estimate she's pretty hot, she's a bit on the skinny side, but she have a really small frame so if you get a roomy frame i guess you might be alright. prolly basically a tad bit on the pudge side or possibly you only just get big boobs and a big butt lol... conceivably both??
