i want to start exercising everyday. Mostly i dont want to theighs to jiggle anymore. Give me a ood exercise for my calfs and thieghs. I dont want any arm muscles, i will look gross. So yeah........ give me leg exercises that i can use short wieghts and equiptment. thanks!
