i used to chomp through salad sanwiches but the white bread is fattening so wat can i munch through that wont spawn me put on immensity ?

You can use wheat bread , or wraps. eat a salad by itself but vinegar on the salad . Eat low podgy soup beside you salad and skip the bread adjectives together. You can also get through vegetables and fruits, nut , chicken minus the skin . Good Luck
You can label your sandwhiches beside a wrap. I similar to to grill some chicken breast, next slice it up and put it surrounded by a wrap near honey mustard, tomato, and lettuce.
Special K cereal, fruits, veggies, chicken breast, turkey lunch meat, veggie burgers, etc.
