I eat similar breakfast, fruit or porridge or both. You can have a big salad, and if you are hungry trought the day you can cut carrots, pepers, cucumbers and snack on them. Salsa with cucumber sticks it's a healthy treat with low calories. Eating dinner earlier is very good, if you can increase your exercise - dancing, walking swiming fun stuff also work!
My friend keep telling me KIS diet is the best - keep it simple, eat more fresh fruit - better then juice, meat - better then mince, porridge - better then suggary cerials, and it works for me!
