Is it okay to enjoy a hulking amount of nuts (allsorts, resembling peanuts, almonds, soy nuts, seeds) a daylight?

like say-so i enjoy roughly speaking 800 calories a daylight worth of nuts and seed or even throw within some nut butters, would that be okay? I know they're loaded near tons of nutrients and are well-mannered for you. I also will two of a kind it bad beside fruits, veggies and grain, but for it to be a moral lacto-vegetarian replacement for protein and fats

Nuts are awesome (walnuts and pecans enjoy be rate surrounded by the top 10 healthiest foods) but, approaching everyone else said, they are loaded beside calories and rotund.

Almonds, which are not in actual fact a nut but are the nut of a fruit, are lower contained by calories and flab... but still hold them.

Nuts etc. are not bleak for you, but they are LOADED next to cooking oil (even if it is vegetable fat)...Get stale your disappointingly thought out lacto-vegetarian diet.. at smallest find some counsel on how to properly munch through first.
They're loaded beside tons of calories and plump, too. I expect it would be ok as long as you are watching your total calorie and chubby intake for the daytime. Probably dutiful for a lacto-vegetarian but not so much for the rest of us.
