Ok so I am on the swim team at my university and the coach told us that we should get surrounded by "better" shape. So I really need some motivation and thinking on what I could do to tone my stomach and lose a few pounds. I also am not in touch beside a healthy drinking habit so if anyone could give an account me some really healthy foods i can own for breakfast or lunch I would really appreciate it.
Answers: Eat a big breakfast, IE. Bacon and eggs etc, anything really as you'll burn most of it off through the hours of daylight. Eat packed lunch, sandwich (Anything high surrounded by protein. IE fish, eggs, chicken, google "High potein foods" for more examples) Some fruit, and maybe a chocolate hotel. Eat a small meal between lunch and dinner which can be anything low contained by fat, and glorious in protein and put away a small dinner before 6pm at dark (more low in hefty stuff) and don't eat anything earlier you goto bed, drink plenty of water and stay clear of shakes, fizzy or fruit drinks, 60 situps, and 20 pushups a afternoon should be fine, and a 30 minute run every morning except for weekends which should be your days of rest will do the trick. < You''ll be in awesome shape contained by no time.
