Fitness Help!?

I am a little over 6'2", and my consignment is between 190 and 195. I have be weightlifting and doing cardio for about 30 minutes respectively, 6 times a day. I am consuming between 1700 and 1950 calories a daylight. I feel fit and forceful, and I only own the usual trouble spots left (a little bit of love-handles, and inner/upper thigh area) but my trainer wishes me to get to 175 lbs! I infer she accidentally put 6 foot in the BMI mechanism, because that is even below the army standard weight for 6'2" females! Is it a on top form weight, and if so, how can I redeploy my routine to get nearby?

Answers:    BMI for 6'2" with 175 lbs is 22.5 so right contained by the middle of normal.
194 pounds would be the upper keep a tight rein on.
And for how to do it, well only just keep on working out and drinking healthy.
By the opening it is much healthier to be a touch overweight and fit, than thin and sitting (studies) so don't worry, you are dutiful.
