I have my daughter July 4th 2006, it be a complicated pregnancy, i didn't gain any weightiness for the first couple months, and next i started to pack on the pounds, also, i be on bedrest & a diet to gain counterbalance since my tot be at an Estimated Fetal Weight of 3 lbs by the time i be 8 months pregnant. so they did everything possible, my husband included, so that i gain MORE weightiness... anyways... by the time i have her i be 230LBS, very soon im at 178 & cant gain down to the weightiness where on earth i'd be more comfortable at which is 130. im 5'9" and this is driving me insane. i work out after work, & i get for hour long sprints every daytime, & i'm dieting. i hit a plateau and cant come across to capture over that hurdle. i'm counting calories, staying away from unwanted items food, & drink lubricant free milk or river next to my meal. i've tried switching up my work outs but that didn't work any. what am i doing wrong? someone assist me please!
