I am hot to lacto-vegetarian, gluten and lactose free diet...until today everything be ok...but very soon i am hunch?

yesterday i took some multivitamins and the residue is still on my tongue( gluten/dairy free)...make me sick

and ate some tomatoes(ok. too various of em)

today i am horribly bloated and sense vague...what could be rationale?
