I enjoy widely read that I am too aged to grow anymore and is ruining my go. In my company we enjoy actions evaluations, and I other ranking the top of adjectives my peers, I am assertive and update my boss I would approaching a lift but I be aware of I am other overlooked for someone of greater stature. Should I only just donate up?
