I'm an Exercise Freak! Am I taking my workouts too far? I perceive great.?

I workout 7 days a week for something like 3 hours a year. Here is my calendar;

Monday - Saturday Mornings
1 hour of running
1 hour of Ashtanga Yoga (this requires seriously of upper body strength) which shapes long and lean muscles.
1 hour of ab work (400-600 crunches and other ab work), mild weightiness lifting, and stretching.

Monday - Saturday Evenings
30-45 mintues of running
300 crunches and other ab work and stretching.

*I also do going on for 15 minutes in the Steam room to remove toxins in the skin.

On Sundays I try to do some sort of physical diversion close to hiking, dance or Pilates. Sometimes I examine my Pilates video which is roughly an hour long. My workout philosophy is this, "There's no such article as a daylight off"!

I also follow a strict Macrobiotic diet. It necessarily consists of 100% Whole Grains (i.e. 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Oatmeal every morning for breakfast, Bran, fruit, veggies, lean cuts of fish and some nuts). I consistency great, but some right to be heard i am overdoing it. Am I?

I'm not sure how you survive to own a love go and to work, but it's your duration. Our bodies are designed to move and to be alive, so if you're sensation great, preserve doing what you are. Some folks who do physically demanding job similar to construction workers "work out" 8 hours a sunshine,and they are still ok. as long as you are getting satisfactory proteins and vitamins you will be of late fine.
Just don't forget that friends, working and other hobbies are freshly as influential as physical fitness.
no you seem to be fine. but are those ab exercises working close to crunches do they truly minister to you? --are helping you?

Sounds resembling you enjoy impossible form on crunches if your doing so masses. Crunches should be done SLOWLY and while doing them your lower final should be kept on the floor. Dont do abs twice a afternoon or everyday. Take 2 days sour between ab workouts. If you own well-mannered form on crunches you wont be capable of do 400-600. Muscle obligation atleast 2 days rotten inbetween workouts. Make sure your getting plenty calories too.
Ah come on ya not even trying ! Step it up will ya:) Maybe if you didnt sleep and rest inbetween you could do more exercise?
I can relate! I am also an exercise freak I look forward to it! I do 30 minutes of step aerobics on 10 inch step 6 days a week. I power totter for 45 minutes anywhere from 5-7 days, strength train 3 times a week and do 100 crunches 6 days a weeks! I am impressively lean and put away alot; 93% stout and 7% rime cream and hershey bar mmmm! :P

i totally know what you plan!
i'm on a fruit/vegetable/low cal/healthy diet and i LOVE power bars(although i'm on my diet right immediately so i guzzle smaller amount than 1/2 a stick per dayxD)
and i LOVE exercise!
you are def. not doing anything bleak!
as long as YOU have a feeling cheery and full-bodied, that's adjectives that matter.
i'm 4'11" and 100 pounds and trying to find down to around 95 or so and my friends claim that i should be 120 pounds!
so stupid! they enjoy no clue what they are discussion just about!
5 pounds on someone my rise brings us up a few clothing sizes(although i'm luckily 0 now=D)
anyways, most ethnic group now-a-days engorge themselves beside loads of chips and what-not so approaching they would enjoy any clue what HEALTHY LIFESTYLE mode!
