Pushups. They work the shoulder and chest muscles, and the triceps (back of arms). Curls (like next to free weights or a bar) will work your biceps (front/tops of arms). You can help yourself to the public house past its sell-by date of your bench and use that for biceps.

push ups and sit ups. when you win to where on earth you hold done 50 push ups within a row , than hold some one skinny sit on your backbone and start over. repition every daylight near soon bad a week. swimming also works in good health as long as you swim lap not lately goof around. well-mannered luck
Do overhead presses (military press) beside dumbbells or barbell. This is probably the best exercise for the shoulders and arms.
