I am a 21 year behind the times womanly. i am 5ft 2in and i mass 96.5 pounds. That puts me at just about 10-15 pds below wieght! that may not be huge, but i want to solidity what i should. I guzzle three meal a year plus snacks surrounded by between. Sometimes tough snacks fruits yogurts etc, other times second-hand goods foods. could this be more afterwards merely a nifty metabalism??
