i am trying to lose substance, how plentiful calories should i be taking in a afternoon im 23 feminine at 162 pounds. Then how do i know how tons calories i enjoy burned through out the morning and how masses more i have need of to burn at excercizing? Its kinda confusing to me. Please support me.
