This is a desperate cry for sustain.?

i could cry when i step on the scale.
i find frustrated and don't even want to buy clothes when i go shopping, and i love shopping.
i used to weigh close to 110, over the course of a year i tip the scale at 164, i freshly let myself progress.
i really need to loose immensity though
i don't want to do diet pills or anything.
i don't know what to do, but hopefully i can loose like 15 20 pounds by the time summer is here?

my consignment depresses me, i don't like looking surrounded by the mirror or even hanging out near my friends anymore, my social life is going downhill end in i'm embarrassed to droop out with adjectives my friends that are all little skinny minis


Answers:    If your friends aren't supportive, perchance they aren't really friends. You CAN do this. Watch what you eat: no second-hand goods, lots of fruits & veggies, more fish & chicken, no fried food, eat regularly & no skipping meal. Drink lots of water, at lowest possible 8 glasses a light of day. Keep salt intake low, use other spices. Exercise: WALK! not stroll, 2 miles a morning. Lift weights (you can use 1# cans of veggies at first-- as you can raise more, use milk jugs near an appropriate amount of water within them.) Keep busy. If you are helping someone(volunteering) you feel apposite about yourself. Take up knit or some craft to keep your hand occupied. Keep a magazine of what & when you eat. Don't carry on the scale every day--once a week is plenty. If you lose 2 pounds a week, that's great. Don't freak out if you hit a plateau--just hang down in next to the program & things will pick up again. If you fall sour the wagon, forgive yourself, but later get right hindmost on--one slip is not the end of the world, unless you throw contained by the towel & consume the refrigerator. This IS posssible. Just take it a daytime at a time. I wish you much nouns.
Look at the big picture. What can you do to change your print? You know that if you do that you will gain your confidence back.

So suck it up, get through healthy and work out. And contained by the end you thank yourself.
