Even if you do situps and run you will not bring back rid of just belly solid. Through diet and exercise you will lose weight overall but you can't lose shipment in a specific nouns unless you do lipo. If you are doing situps you will strengthen your abs but not lose fat. You enjoy to diet and exercise and burn more calories than you are taking in.
Is within sumthing u can put around ur stomach to cause u sweat when u work out?
