Okay i want to gain counterbalance and muscle tone.. so for me should i work on a apt diet {protien foods [foods big on honourable margarine and protien] and tone them similar to doing yoga stretching etc. or should i do resistance training..but wouldent that clear me look strange since im skinny.. Or I dont know.. Real info please

the best lean protiens that forms muscle r ... fish especially tuna (fresh tuna is preferred), flounder,red snapper etc... skinless boneless chicken breast, egg whites, and obviously pure protien bar and pure protien shakes. contained by corporate more of these within ur diet... and do strength training exercises... u wont look wierd even if u r skinny ull start getting muscular and as u munch through protien ull form muscle.. it may thieve some time but ull see the results.. trust me... yoga make u flexible and shapes ur body, help relieve stress, and may even motive wt loss... and as for streching its the moves that make ur body warm up and geared up for any considerate of exercise...
