Mondays is a speed walking/jog day for 35 minutes, and have roughly 5 minutes to stretch, push-ups and situps.
Tuesdays are lofty impact arobic days, 35 minutes and 5 minutes of stretching next to agilities.
Wednesdays are dance days, similar to string dance or some type of dignified impact barn dance, 35 minutes next to 5 minute stretch and push-ups and sit-ups.
Thursdays are jumproping days, same time as adjectives the others, near agilities,
and I forgot what we do Fridays, but I'm also thinking of jog every hours of darkness for 30 minutes, but inevitability motivation :(
