What would be the best shipment for me?

Well I'm 13 and I play horrible stripe on the football troop contained by 8th title and I'm 5'8" and weigh 175. if ur simply 13 not really it could be unpromising for ur growth and joint but if ur intent on lifting weights wishy-washy weights next to plenty of reps will be better
