Will this work?

i want to lose mass but still it some nic foods so i though of this
devour partly of what i usualy munch through [cause i guzzle alot of food
devour helthy stuff no sweets chocolates rime creams ect
tramp the dog for 10-20 mins 5 days a week
do you judge it will work except how could i lose 5-10 kgs or contained by other word 5- 10 pounds i know its alot but im over solidity so yah thanks

There is no source to make a contribution up your favorite foods, and walking the dog will serve. I exercise 15 minutes in the morning, and 15 minutes at dark, and I'm doing fine.
Yes, I consider it would definately assist! Also, try to drink no calorie drinks.. Like marine or diet soda.. You'll definately see a difference.
