- iced tea + 12g oh henry protien lump mid morn.
-lunch, 3 sandwich (whole wheat) meat and tomato/lettuce w/butter, 710 ML of gatorade, a fruit.
-snack, 2 Pizza pops and a Protien shake.
-Dinner, 2 servings Mixed veggies w/ 2 servings of rice and 2 servings of chicken, and OJ or Milk.
-water throught the daylight.
-milk back bed.
I weigh 130ish, im 5 '10 1/2 and im slim.
