ok in good health its really complex for me to run shopping when i progress and buy clothes and i abhorrence my parents axiom lift carefulness of yourselfs so i wanna turn on a diet im gonna own a 6 order graduation within june \2008 and i wanna look righteous and theres this boy i want him to perceive me so i wanna loose pherhaps 50 or 60 pounds within 9 months any proposal taken please help out i wanna look fitting contained by a dress ..!... You are a bit too babyish to progress on a serious diet. You should a moment ago run outside and run around. Play soccer, basketball, volleyball, tennis, swim, doesn`t matter what you relish.

ummm... get through oatmeal for breakfast, no lunch, and a fruit cup + veggie burger (low fat/calorie burger) after skool. do homework & work out/ play a sport for 1 hour. munch through dinner around 7 (try for 400 calories or less). hold cereal for a dessert.
