250 Crunches a hours of darkness in a minute... No headache the hours of daylight after?

For olden times few weeks I've worked myself up to doing 250 crunches a hours of darkness. I up it 50 a dark and I do 50 crunches, switch to pelvic lift, 50 crunches, something else, etc. because after 50 my stomach's really burning... LoL...

The problem is, the subsequent afternoon I be aware of nought, no tenderness, no burn, no evidence that I be working the darkness previously.

I'm not trying to lose a beyond measure amount of solidity, I'm simply trying to tone up my tummy. I do enjoy that "girly pooch". What could be the root I'm not sensation the burn the morning after?
