Sit ups(without arms)/ skipping ect PLZ HELP IM DESPERATE!?

ok.
1) if you do sit ups short yoour arms, in recent times hold them by ur side but not use them 2 push up, does it still work?
2) if you do sit ups everynight, and ur tummy become firm but the heavy is stil here, how do u draw from rid of iit? does skipping backing, bcause i hear that somewhere
3)if so, how do u know whn ur tummy is frozen ample 2 start skipping?

sit ups: any cross your arms infron of you & rest your hand weakly on the front of your shoulders, or if specifically too graceful afterwards bend them as if to put hand trailing cranium, but instead rest your fingers weakly on your ears, so you can't use them for 'pulling'.
You can start skipping anytime, you don't hold to linger until your stomach is a focused firmness, but it doesn't hold to be skipping, any aerobic work out will do - choose something you wallow in and can maintain doing for more or less 40mins at a step if you want to burn cooking oil.
It doesn't situation how heaps sit ups you do, you won't enjoy a not easy flat stomach unless you do cardio to burn heavy as okay.
