I'm 16, 5"10, 60KG (132 pounds). How to lose stomach chubby to show stale six pack?

I'm 16, 5"10 and I weigh 60KG, which is 132lbs. I think I'm on form, but the problem is I'm slim all over, apart from I enjoy a belly from the winter. I can feel my six pack underneath it, but it doesn't show because of the blanket of fat. I exercise drastically regulary, I play rugby 4 times a week and have an hour session surrounded by the fitness suite in academy PE per week, running machines. So I'm guessing I just entail to eat more healthily and drink more hose, is this the best way of losing stomach margarine, and is there any other ways?


Answers:    Run, run, run for atleast partially an hour everyday to shed overall bodyfat which will highlight your abs.
I'd a moment ago go next to a healthier diet and drink at least possible 64 oz. of water respectively day. Other ways that I can expect of would include taking weight loss pills which I don't recommend anyone doing.
