Answers:
HELL YES! This product is immensely much worth it and more. Anything else explicitly cheaper, is not worth it. After the 90 days you do it 3-4 days a week instead of the full 6 days a week. You'll see results the first week. You cannot shift wrong buying this program. It's the best piece that ever happen to me. BRING IT!!

(2) Yes, Join the Military. Seriously.
(3) after the 90 days you will lug a "breather", typically something like 2 weeks and after you restart.
(4) 90 days or when you opt you are done beside the first 3 months. You will want to modify the program to protract your body.. if you want results, it never really ends - be prepared to adopt that.

2) As far as I'm concerned, in attendance is no product on the marketplace even remotely comparable to P90X. It's within a class adjectives by itself.
3) There are ALOT of things you can do after your 90 days are complete. I've started mixing in some creamy lifting days, kettlebell days, etc. Get near me for some philosophy.
