Excersise oblige?

I want to start doing more exercise, but don't achieve the break to jump to a gym or dance swimming as I don't enjoy the transport or the time after i've finished work to drop my son sour and run somewhere.

I want something thats not too strenuous to start bad beside and afterwards build up to doing more.

Mainly I entail to concentrate on my lower partly of my body. I inevitability to lose immensity and tone my legs, thighs, bum and tummy. A bit of upper body excersises wouldn't hurt any.

Is it a fitting concept to simply do excersise DVDs and what is righteous out within?

I stipulation a plan of what I can do, but not sure of whats worthy for me to do.
