How can you prevent diabetes?

Answers:    If you are predisposed to type 2, you can speed up its diagnosis by eating crap and want of exercise. Contrarywise, you can slow down its onset by drinking right and taking care of your form. Type 2 is primarily genetic, so if there is type 2 diabetes surrounded by your family, you should be wary how much junk you drink, for the reason that you may be predisposed (only time will tell). Eating right is never a bleak idea!

There isn't anything you can do to bring on (or reverse) a Type 1 diagnosis. Type 1 diabetics become such due to a.) inheritance, b.) an indeterminate virus causes the body to erroneously identify the insulin making cell (islet cells) as enemy cell, and destroys them. c.) same as "b" but it's not preceded by a virus, rather it's a fluke. Scientists do not know why the body identify these cells as foreign, and to pinpoint this will sustain to close in on a cure.
Number one track..........don't get overweight. 80% of all those with type 2 diabetes are over consignment. As for the other 20%, you have inheritance, which you can do nothing more or less, and you have a long time history of eating too much carbs, which cause large amounts of insulin production on a frequent foundation, and this eventually "kills" your pancrease from being competent to manage your blood sugar level anymore. Fortunately, this is also a cause you can prevent by ingestion balanced diets of mostly vegetables, fruits, and the RIGHT concerned of carbs in moderation.
