Is here anything I can do to slow the progression of osteoarthritis?

I am only 19 years behind the times and recently get x-ray results back that be taken because of back headache that has progressed over the second two years. My posture and alinement were adjectives normal however I be told that I have a mild nouns of Osteoarthritis in my thorasic column. I know that inheritance had a role surrounded by this because my mother also has a similar diagnosis, however she did not develop it until her 40s.

I have it also, and my doctor recommended regular, but kind, exercise on a regular basis. Exercising surrounded by a pool is good. So is something approaching Tai Chi. Just try to keep moving, but not overdoign it. And you might try taking something next to glucosamine and chondroitin.
