I hold be taking my blood pressure lately since I have an incident of high-ranking stress that made my blod pressure walk to going on for 160/100. I be on toprol for just about 3 months and immediately I'm fine (or so I suggest :) ). Anyway, I have never done this and I've spy that when I clutch it after running 2.5 miles it is giant (146/90 sometimes higher). Is that regular or is it my blood pressure tester that works next to my pulse? It is one of those you put on the wrist. I know that contained by the mornings it is in the order of 106/75 and during the daytime it is just about 120/80. I hold see it also budge up somewhat after a cup of coffe; but my doctor have told me roughly speaking that. But nought in the order of running.
