i smoked for 28 years and looked-for to stop for 27.i tried abundant times but other go support on the fags, next a mate give me some nicotine gum and i stopped, i believe I must enjoy used gum on and sour for give or take a few 4 years but when i approved to stop it it be assured as compared to the fags. i would own never stopped the fags minus it. i haven't have a ciggy for over 12 years in a minute and i never will. thank,s to gum.
