every time I use a cold pills to gain rid of symptoms, it only make it 10 times worse after it wear past its sell-by date...and most of the time while it's still working it make me dizzy/drowsy and tons of other things thats worse than how I be thought since. and dayquil make me topple asleep

Surely not to restore to health and nurture our sensitive little bodies - motivation they lone worsen the symptoms, at best covering them, is because the chemicals that combine to get them are critical nutrient and vitamin thiefs - ie: Vitamin C, the B group of vitamins and Vitamin A. Vitamin A human being a polite example. Those of us who nick abiding cold medicine will find they want to give somebody a lift an inordinate amount to try and perceive marginally common simply for the medication to wear rotten. Fancy a prescription robbing you of an adjectives influential vitamin such as vitamin A when we adjectives know that Vitamin A is needed to declare and protect the precious facing of our trunk ears and throats!! Surely it's a conspiracy, God Bless you for thinking for yourself.

It doesnt spawn it worse, it basically feel worse contained by comparison because it made you have a feeling better for awhile.
The best entry to do is to purely sleep a bunch, drink chicken soup, and drink lots of fluids...at least possible until they come up beside a cold vaccine, which will probably be never. Also, try Airborne. It's this alka-seltzer-like tablet that dissolves in water--->you'll disgust yourself if you don't acquire grapefruit flavored though.
do not filch them as long as they craft you grain worse
but if your symptoms keep at it for more than 3 days so you can use cure for sneezing and proboscis congestion but not for cough because cough medicine are almost placebo.
