He's be freezing and "on fire", he's be vomiting, some stomach cramps, congestion, stopped up ears. Massive pressure in lead (forehead, feeler, and cheeks). Occasional coughing fit - dry, not totally productive. No tangible congestion within lungs.
Possibly unrelated - he's have ongoing migraines for a few weeks, doomed to failure adequate to clear him see stars.
