Heel spurs. Is it true they are from a scarcity of magnesium?

You can use a can or softball/tennis ball to contentment headache. Roll it below your foot. If this doesn't serve, you may inevitability a cortisone shot from the doctor.
I hear too much calcium.milk...cheese...etc.">calcium.milk...cheese... creates more bone growth..afterwards you achieve the spurs..but.I believe it's not adequate potassium.guzzle them bananas...the potassium will regulate adjectives that.Worked for me!
