I merely hear on the communication, a Parvo Virus Epidemic is going around in Southern California. Is everyone's dog have their vaccinnation?

It's not really dogs that own to verbs more or less parvo but childish puppies. Puppies win 3 vaccination prior to have full imperviousness to the disease, and are commonly srtuck down near it prior to the 3rd shot.
I'm cynical why folks provide these parvo immunization to elder dogs as they do not win it. It's a puppy disease.
