I have be diagnoised with exercise induced urticaria, I enjoy been helpful in sports such as basketball ever since I be little, now that I'm 28 I grasp hives after 45 mins of basketball. Doctors have given me taste allergy medicine such as XYZAL which have worked, but the price of the medicine is in recent times too expensive. I would take it 1.5 hours prior to exercise or helpful sports. I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this and if there's any other medication you own tried?
