I has be found out that toothpaste kills HIV virus contained by lab but when used on genitals it doesn't work.
by looking at this experiment I can assume that it can be transfered but only if it have contact with your genitals, mouth or any wounds.
explicitly why it is safe to use gel soap :)
Also give somebody a lift into consideration that HIV virus can not live long out of human body, so after 15 mins it is probably dead anyway.
