I have be off work since Friday near a cold that seems to enjoy gone to my chest. I am coughing up green stuff (sorry, I know that's really gross!) - is it likely to stir away by itself or do I need to be in motion and get some antibiotics?
If so, could I budge to an NHS walk-in centre for this if I can't gain a doctor's appointment today?
Answers: Green sputum is an indication of a bacterial infection which is treated by antibiotics. See a dr asap, so you can start feeling better soon.
If you're coughing up 'green stuff' later, yes you may need antibiotics. Yes, walk to the walk surrounded by centre.
