No relation. Popcorn lung is a syndrome/condition where on earth some nutty guy pops approaching 4 loads of popcorn a daytime. Meanwhile he huffs the popcorn aroma truly into lungs. After twenty years or so he developed a cancer of some sort. Is it a pulmonary sarcoidosis? I don't know. But i'm starting to not approaching popcorn anymore.
