Secondary bacterial infection from flu- side stabbing distress?

I just took my later antibiotic for a secondary respiratory
infection stemming from the flu.

I don't surface bad but be and am coughing, but
now, I enjoy a sharp stabbing pain so it hurts to pick up
my moved out arm or carry anything on that side.

It hurts as in good health to breathe on that side.

I don't want to go to the emergency room for it,
but I am wondering what this is.

I am going to work tomorrow anyway since I a short time ago started
this job and don't own a lot of sick days.

Should I run back to the doctor when I do not hold a fever?

Really, I never procure a fever because my body warmth is so low all the time, though.

Answers:    No offense to other answerers but it sounds as if you strained a muscle contained by your rib cage. Sometimes injuries similar to that occur from the sheer force and frequency of coughing. If you are not running a disorientation then Try lying on the side that hurts. If it is a strained muscle after the pressure of lying on that side should make it consistency better. Get a good cough drug with dextromethorophan (DM). Even though you enunciate you never get a hallucination if you were to seize a respiratory infection odds are you would run at lowest a low grade restlessness. The one person mentioned pneumonia and I provided a join below so you can see if your symptoms match up. Good luck
If you are still symptomatic, be in motion back to the doctor to produce sure you still don't have infection that wishes to be treated.
