My mom is currently smoking a pack a time of "light" cigarettes and really requirements to quit but she is addicted. Has anyone tried this drug and does it work and are at hand any really serious side effects?

Hmm... never hear of Chantix. My dad quit on Wellbutrin (buproprion) and hasn't smoked in 7+ years. The drug is programmed as an anti-depressant, and to be precise its most adjectives usage. The first time he quit cold turkey near the support of the relatives and friends ... superfluous to vote someone BOUGHT him a cigarette he be so miserable!

Chantix is great! It silences the receptors contained by the brain that variety you want to hold smoking. It not merely stops the urge to smoke, after awhile you start off to detestation the piece of cigarettes. But if you quit for awhile and later start again, adjectives those receptors rouse up again and you will be smoking purely as much as back you quit. It costs $125 a month for the pills, so if you aren't serious, don't spend foolishly your money. I didn't mind any side affects. And support groups are a great style to hold on track.

I own see several, oodles nouns stories due to this drug. Must be serious because it is expensive, but insurance might cover it. Call and check, some only just stipulation a prior authorization from the doctor's bureau. Might be capable of bring back 3 months worth covered.
