Most credible lactose intolerance. Do you also own this problem near milk, rime cream, etc.? If the problem is smaller number severe beside frozen cheeses (e.g., Cheddar, Parmesan) than next to soft cheeses (e.g., cream cheese, Brie), next you are plausible to be lactose intolerant.
If this is a foreign nouns, and happen merely next to cheese, you may enjoy atopy (an allergy). Again, what type of cheese results in the problem? If it is a cheese near a rind or mold (Brie, Camembert, bleu, etc.), you may be allergic to the antibiotics readily produced by the microbes or mold infecting the cheese.
To track this down, preserve a diary of the types of cheeses you consume and the severity (or absence) of symptoms. Also transcribe what else you munch through or drink and how long it take symptoms to develop. Then you can bring this information to your doctor to seize better insight into the problem.
