Answers:    She wants to see a doctor. I know you said she doesn't have insurance, but most doctors currently can work out a payment plan beside their clients (our doctor only charges around $60-$80 per visit). If she doesn't mind using credit cards, she could sign up for a carecredit credit card. It's used for doctors and vet only so you can budge overboard with spending.

As to her problem, I'd resembling to offer a suggestion, but I don't hold one. She could try asking a local pharmacist for assistance, but they might not be able to give a hand too much. A doctor is the best bet.

If she thinks her current medication might be the cause of this breakout, she should stop taking her meds. Give the body a few days to clear itself of the meds, and she might see an growth. If the itching goes away, it be probably the meds. It just might be that she's allergic to something.
Talk to the pharmacist that give her the meds, see if rash is planned as a side effect.
Sometimes coloidal oatmeal can help - you can grasp it at the drug store too.
Good luck.
sounds like an allergy and that she requirements to switch meds. Can sdhe go to a minute clinic? and win a different prescription? "sulpha" drugs are common allergens.
I don't know what else to suggest bar calamine lotion
