im kinda verbs beside your question because they give the impression of being to be contradicting. anyhow, you cannot lift aspirin if you hold dengue because if you hold dengue you own bleeding tendecies because the virus that cause the disease attacks your platelet which is that member of the blood that help control bleeding. the virus decrease the platelet count. aspirin, equally, also cause bleeding because it inhibits the formation of prostaglandin which act next to platelet to control bleeding.
