she is 56 years ripened, she is an alchoholic. she have red splotch things on her arms/skin (they look kindof close to bruises, but different), her skin is turning grey, she is growing weaker, she have spinal column problems, pelt loss. CAN ANYONE HELP!? she refuse to progress into the doctor, so i'm wondering if anyone have any accepted wisdom? THANK YOU!

she may be on medication close to blood thinners, that formulate red blotchy results on the skin as a side effect of those meds. nought serious contained by that itself, but her alcolism is a concern.
Some of that sounds similar to symptoms of leukemia: approaching the red spots/bruising and the paling of the skin.
Try looking at the symptoms on this contact below and see if anymore of them describe what she is experiencing. If it doesn't, afterwards she may be suffering from some sort of alcoholic liver disease similar to hepatitis.
