Every once contained by a while within my heart i grasp this sense resembling i can quality 1 or two strong beat and my manager..?

and my head get this feeling article also. does that mean my heart stopped battering for like partially a second or something? and the less oxygen deliver to my brain causes that other sentiment in my team leader?

i r really scared.

P.S. this have happened since approaching 5-6 years ago when i got my heart checked, and the doctor told me i enjoy a good heart. this wasn't going on for like a few months,, consequently i had a soccer hobby and it hurt when i breathed really deep. (i be really tired and was running alot)
i am not obese, nor too skinny, and my respiratory+circulatory system is correct.. to me that is. i hold good stamina and can do around 60-70 push ups. so i don't think that i am have a weak heart breakdown.

please tell me what is arranged or if you have experienced it sorry if i cannot descripe the heartbeat sentiment thing more surrounded by depth.


Answers:    There is nothing seriously wrong, might be your assignment is stressful, and you are consuming too much of meat , stimulants etc, or not taking proper sleep.
Avoid the above and may be you will get results contained by a few weeks.
