What are the possible cause of frequent urination and throbbing within the bladder/urethra region?

I have have frequent urination and pain surrounded by the bladder/urethra region since December. I checked to see if it was a UTI and results from a urine token came backbone negative, and also the prescription medication did not work. (Although it lessened the pain while I be taking them, after I ran out the twinge came back) I took a total of 3 different kind of medications for UTI. It is rock-hard to sleep because of this discomfort and frequent trips to the bathroom. I don't think it's possible that it's a STD because I haven't have sex or done sexual activities near multiple partners and my current bf have only slept near 2 other girls who were virgins.

I also hold small bumps around the sheath that covers my urethra, and I'm not sure if this is normal or not. It does not itch or hurt.

What could it be? And what should I do?

Answers:    You should really stir back to your doctor it could be serious. If your doctor is incompetent to help own him/her send you to a specialist. It sounds more similar to a UTI but it could easily be something else. Urinary frequency/pain can be cause by a number of things.
I don't know what it could be besides a uti, but I do know of something that may assistance in the meantime (while you verbs to let doctors try to give a hand with this) I bought over the counter uristat....it is a pill that turns your urine hours of daylight glow ginger, but it calms the agony and discomfort. I found out about it when I get a uti in england and have a 7 hour flight to come home! wear old underware, because any drips, and you will stain. you stipulation to go to a urologist if your primary nurture can't help you. moral luck
